I took this out for a weekend and was very pleased with the results. I was holding on to much of the little flake gold I ran across. I even re panned some concentrate that I had gone over with my trusty Garrett "Gravity Trap" gold pan and picked up some fine gold I had missed the first time around.

The Gold Grabber takes a little bit to get use to for it is an unusual design. It retails for around $17 but can usually be found online for $12. At that price it is worth having in your weekend warrior bag. One outing with it and I recovered enough gold to pay for it and buy a couple more. With gold over $1600 an ounce you only have to recover .25 of a gram to pay for this. That is easily obtainable in a weekend, especially if you have the Gold Grabber in your bag. Have fun prospecting!
